GOOD Based on 122 reviews Posted on Google Schemia RowanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Shopify fraud account sent fake mail to me. The only way to report fraud was to create an account. That seems like a waste of time since I’m not selling or buying anything via ShopifyPosted on Google PhilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended an event here tonight and was accused of stealing FREE merchandise. When I walked in, a friendly staff member at the name tag table encouraged me and other attendees to check out the stickers at the table perpendicular to hers. I watched several people ahead of me take merchandise from that table, and when it was my turn, I did the same. I want to emphasize this was FREE merchandise — just like the food and matcha drinks being handed out elsewhere at the event, which nobody else was questioned about. As I zipped up my bag, a staff member approached me and said, "I was not allowed to put that in my bag." I was confused and asked, "You mean the FREE gear we were just told we could take?" He replied, "I have to go check in to see if YOU can have that." I was understandably offended. I had just watched other people take the same items, and I'd been explicitly told it was for everyone. I waited while he went to "verify" something that had already been made clear. He came back and confirmed, with total confidence, what I already knew. What made it worse: I recognized this same staff member from earlier, stationed by the door. When another guest in line asked him why there were two lines, he said he didn't know and pointed down the block to someone else as the "point person." Being singled out and accused like this put a real damper on an event I'd been looking forward to. I'm not writing this review because I was mistaken for a moment — I'm writing it because instead of a simple apology, he doubled down and made me feel like I was in the wrong. In hindsight, I should've escalated it on the spot, but the staff already looked overwhelmed managing the line, and I didn't want to make a scene over stickers. I enjoyed the rest of the event and didn't let his weaponized incompetence ruin my night. But I won't be back , my loss, I guess.Posted on Google Allen LiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Staff was honestly pretty rude. I woke up at 8am to get in line for the Neopets popup and play the claw machine. The staff told me to leave if I’m not buying anything which I don’t understand because I couldn’t have been in there for longer than 20 minutes after waiting in line for an hour and a half. I also was a paying customer. The claw machine is a purchase bozo. They even had two claw machines and one was broken. If you want to get customers in and out faster then fix your machines!! Lowest vibrational experience ever.Posted on Google Delilah AllenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Enjoyed the venue experience. The space was welcoming, well designed, and created a great atmosphere for attending events.Posted on Google A Google UserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Attending an event here was well organized, and a few small improvements could make future visits even more enjoyable.Posted on Google Just FuzzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shopify has horrible customer service for small business owners. I would not recommend their product for your small business website. With their platform, you receive charges for items and services you never requested from Shopify, and when you go to contest the charge the customer service refuses to help. Most recently, they charged my business for a tax filing service that I never signed up for (I filed my business taxes outside of Shopify!) and they refused to refund me. I would beware Shopify when choosing your business e-commerce website.Posted on Google Kerrie ScrogginsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A one star review is too much for Shopify as they have failed to provide any support or customer service to me for over a year. And their preferred vendor Wearewebsitedesigners completely failed to finish and deliver my website for which I paid both of these companies! They have totally failed and they don’t care so as a business owner and consumer I would run!Posted on Google Daniel VassalloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great for events and free to use for working remote during the day too. Shopify is great for small and big businesses and it’s incredible for all the support they give to the community.
